The wrong hydrate form, a low assay or a missing SDS creates real cost on the production line and at customs. Our process is built to eliminate these risks at the quotation stage.
The specification is not a detail. It is the contract.
In industrial procurement, a product name is not enough. An order for “zinc sulphate” is incomplete until it answers: monohydrate or heptahydrate, at what assay, with which impurity limits.
That is why every request is converted into a written specification and supplier confirmation is taken against that document. Shipment is planned only once a CoA consistent with the specification is provided.

The fastest route is sharing the specification you already use, or a previous CoA. Matching is done one-to-one against that document.

Lot-based records
Every shipment is recorded with producer, lot number, CoA and transport documents. On your next order you can request the same grade from the same source.

REACH-registered sources, CLP/GHS-compliant SDS and correct HS coding are standard parts of our process, and they reduce customs surprises.
